Reduce heat to low, add the remaining butter and minced garlic, and stir well.
Sprinkle in dried thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the butter coats the chicken.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
