Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the brie on a lined baking sheet.
Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the brie.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
If using puff pastry, wrap the brie, sealing the edges. Brush with egg wash.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and gooey.
Serve warm with crackers or sliced bread.
