Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and slightly opening them.
  4. Place the shrimp in a baking dish and fill each with a spoonful of stuffing.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice and white wine over the shrimp.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
