Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Butterfly the shrimp by cutting along the back and slightly opening them.
Place the shrimp in a baking dish and fill each with a spoonful of stuffing.
Drizzle lemon juice and white wine over the shrimp.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the shrimp is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
