Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper, and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and cook the chicken until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
