In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper, top with blueberries.
Fold the wrapper over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing with egg wash.
Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
