Ingredients

  • 1 package (14 oz) of Little Smokies sausages
  • 1 lb of bacon, cut into thirds
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  3. Wrap each Little Smokie with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Arrange the wrapped sausages on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top, adding garlic powder or cayenne pepper if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and caramelized.
