Ingredients

  • 1 pack instant ramen (spicy flavor recommended)
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, mix gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil over low heat until combined.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
  4. Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and boiled egg or chicken if desired.
