Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil and season evenly with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  5. Drizzle the Alabama white sauce over the grilled chicken or serve on the side for dipping.
