Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups diced apples
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Spread evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve with extra caramel drizzle if desired.
