Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and add 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  5. Place the cauliflower florets in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over them, stirring gently to coat evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
