Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water, stirring well. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 10 equal strips.
Place a spoonful of taco meat and shredded cheeses onto each strip.
Fold and seal each strip by pinching the edges together.
Brush melted butter over the top and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm with salsa for dipping.
