Ingredients

  • 4 cube steaks
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Season the cube steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and baking powder.
  3. In another dish, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Dredge each steak in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat again with the flour.
