Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers and cabbage. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until evenly coated with the sauce.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
