Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 lb sliced ham
  • 1/2 lb sliced salami
  • 1/2 lb sliced provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Layer the ham, salami, and provolone cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Spread the marinara sauce over the toppings, then sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Roll the dough tightly into a log, pinching the seams to seal.
  6. Brush the log with beaten egg and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let the Stromboli cool slightly before slicing and serving.
