Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta, cooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and slice into strips.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
