Cook the orzo according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned.
Add diced onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, and Cajun seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
Add cooked orzo to the skillet and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
