Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning and add to the skillet. Cook until shrimp are pink and cooked through. Remove sausage and shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Return cooked pasta, sausage, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
