Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bacon, cooked
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer the hash browns evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked bacon and shredded cheese over the hash browns.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
