Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey Dijon mixture over them.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
