Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli and mushrooms, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mix well.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until veggies are tender.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
