Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the sauce until well coated.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
