Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Add shredded chicken and cooked rice to the mixture and stir well to combine.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. For extra crunch, add breadcrumbs and sprinkle paprika.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
