Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 4 equal rectangles.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing.
Spoon the chicken mixture onto each dough rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and bacon evenly over the chicken.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
Place the bakes seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and top with grated Parmesan.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot!
