Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 bell peppers (red and yellow), thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked white rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over it. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve the stir fry hot over white rice or noodles.
