Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots, cooking for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour sauce over stir-fry and toss to combine.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice.
