Add the Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Stir to coat.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cooked rice and mix well to combine.
Cook for another 3-5 minutes until everything is well incorporated and heated through.
Garnish with chopped green onions and fresh parsley before serving.
