Ingredients

  • 1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 6 slices provolone cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 packet au jus mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese on the rolls. Place the top halves of the rolls on top.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and crisp.
  6. Meanwhile, prepare the au jus sauce according to the packet instructions using beef broth.
  7. Serve the sliders warm with the au jus sauce for dipping.
