Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a mini loaf. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes, then top each loaf with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
