Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
