Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer the ham and cheese over the bottom buns, then top with the other halves of the buns.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the sliders.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the tops are golden and crisp.
