Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli, cooking for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and stir in paprika, soy sauce (if using), salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine flavors.
  8. Serve warm.
