Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Green onions, sliced for garnish
  • Cooked white or brown rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Serve hot over cooked rice and garnish with green onions.
