Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with the chicken and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the chicken before serving.
