Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  4. Layer mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian sausage on top of the sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning evenly.
  6. Carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the ends to seal.
  7. Place the stromboli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the top with the beaten egg wash for a golden finish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
