Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.
