Ingredients

  • 8 slices of low-carb bread, crusts removed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sweetener
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sweetener until smooth.
  3. Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
  4. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture on each slice and roll tightly.
  5. Dip each roll into melted butter, then coat with a mixture of granulated sweetener and cinnamon.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
