Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes if desired.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add potatoes and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Combine soy sauce, sugar, and corn syrup in a bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, covering the potatoes.
  6. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil over the potatoes and mix well.
  8. Garnish with minced garlic, green onion, and sesame seeds before serving.
