Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, gochujang, and honey, mixing well to coat the turkey.
  5. Add carrots and bell peppers, cooking until slightly tender.
  6. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
  7. Serve hot over cooked rice.
