In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add lemon juice and mix well.
Gently fold in whipped topping until combined.
Spoon the mixture onto the crusts and smooth the tops.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
