Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 3 to 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese layer, followed by a layer of crushed pineapple.
  4. Spread the whipped topping over the fruit layer.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
