Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt (if using).
  2. Gradually add the yogurt and knead until a soft dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Flatten each ball into a round disc about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook each disc for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
