Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil.
  3. Place chicken and potatoes on a baking sheet and season with thyme, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and potatoes, tossing to coat.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
