Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top of the pork chops.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
