Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture evenly over the top of the pork chops.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
