Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers and onion, cooking until tender-crisp.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and stir in soy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until well combined.
  8. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
