Ingredients

Meatballs

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Green Goddess Dip

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper until combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the meatballs until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

Green Goddess Dip

  1. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, and garlic.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Serving

  1. Serve the warm meatballs with the Green Goddess dip on the side.
