Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet, add soy sauce and chili flakes.
  7. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
