Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté spinach until wilted.
In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with feta, mozzarella, garlic powder, oregano, and black pepper.
Lay out a tortilla and spread half of the mixture evenly over one side.
Fold the tortilla in half and place it in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
