Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with water and add to the pan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
