Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, brown sugar, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
Slowly fold in self-rising flour until just combined.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool before slicing and serving.
