Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the sliced onions evenly in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix together mozzarella, Parmesan, cheddar, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the onions.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving, if desired.
